I'm a little bit dissappointed with every student of Zambia whether home or abroad. This is one of the countries in Africa where poverty has comprimized on issues of governance. Apart from crying for "BC" what else, constructively, has a college or university student done for that country? Now faced with a government that never won the majority of the people during the 2001 election, a student has nothing to hope for apart from the usual irregulrly paid meal allowance. With the clossure of the institution like UNZA, the cheap politics of Zambia are growing to such an extent that soon, and hear me, soon, there will be nothing to be proud of. Let me give you an example, I stay here in Dallas, Texas. USA and most of the time I come across Zambian families who have settled here. I'm talking about Nevers Mumba's family. Last week I met the so called Brother Chiti together with this soccer playa called Masauso Tembo. I asked Masauso what brings him to America where soccer isn't a big deal. Its poverty that has made these families run away from their own country. I looked down and wept coz thats exactly the reason I'm here too.
When I attended a church service last sunday at The Porter's House, TD Jakes, preached the same message. Nothing shall force a man to give away his place. And I thought that one day I shall return either to rule or make somebody do it.
This is a clear message to today's Zambian government... Enjoy while the Zambian folks are still asleep. When time comes I shall return and make a difference. Let me be straight with you, a GOVERNMENT by the ELITE zambian citizens is underway and shame to those youths who has no idea about this. I, DIDMUS BOTHA BANDA has started this and we are winning. If I won't be there I'll send one of us to rule and restore the LOST GLORY. Let this be passed out to all the youths to read and learn of what will happen soon.
